With the experience gained from over 2500 weddings, my job is to help guide you through the process of creating the perfect flow of events & designing the soundtrack of each part of your day.
We accomplish this with the perfect balance of high end audio equipment, custom playlist curation, room changing lighting design, and key moment special effects, while using my voice to ensure your guests feel welcomed and are informed throughout each part of your celebration.

TALENT + DISCOVERY
Cory opens his 18 years and 2000+ weddings and private event experience to help you create a unique soundtrack that is truly yours. The music is mixed live in front of your guests with Cory’s custom edits, remixes and mash-ups. As your event host, he tastefully encourages engagement, while adding elements of your love story throughout the celebration as your emcee.
SOUND DESIGN
Speakers are tools and Cory owns over 20 sets of them - each with a different purpose. He designs the placement of the speakers for your event space based on aesthetics, guest count, floor plan, music type, & best overall sound engineering designed in MAPP 3D software.
LIGHTING DESIGN
Dance-floor lighting, FUEL wireless pin-spot lighting, Uplighting (wall wash lights), room wash lighting, moving head club style lighting, texture, monogram & logo projections, and a full line of Astera AX1 tube lights, AX3 Accent Lights, AX5 uplight pars, PixelBricks, and NYX bulbs. THE BEST LIGHTING IN THE FILM INDUSTRY.
THE DJ BOOTH | DJ FURNITURE
Typically the DJ Booth is the focal-point of the dance floor. Don’t settle with a 6ft table. Lets make match the decor or serve a branding purpose. We custom design and build our DJ furniture in Tampa, FL.
PARTY ENHANCERS
We are the Tampa Bay areas’s top provider of (legaly operated) Indoor cold sparkler fountains, CO2 handheld cannons and stage jets (powered by Club Cannon, the industries top manufacture), we offer multiple delivery options for Confetti & streamers, low lying fog (dancing on a cloud), silent disco services, projector mapping, and more!
LIVE MUSICIANS
Add the fusion of strings to your ceremony and/or cocktail hour and the hybrid dj experience of pairing energetic musicians on percussion, saxophone, electric violin, & more to your reception along side me as your headlining DJ.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Cory began his DJ journey as a skating rink DJ & emcee in high school, played night clubs and bars through college, and joined what was Tampa’s top DJ company (in the 1990’s and early 2000’s) from 2007-2017 where he became the top requested associate.
In late 2017 Cory parted ways from Grant Hemond, and started what became the Tampa Bay DJ Co. In less than 5 years they earned the trust of planners and venues all across west Florida and became the MOST recommended Wedding DJ & private event production company in the Tampa Bay Area and have maintained that accolade since.
